Pioneer's roots extend back to the early 60's when founder and Chairman of the Board Michael J. Falcone began building shopping centers and apartment buildings throughout Central New York. The intervening years have seen a great many changes in the industry. Tenants, in all shapes and sizes, have appeared and disappeared. Lending institutions have been in and out of the markets many times and communities have both supported and jeered the development of their communities.
